When signing up for any coaching services or programs, please note payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and you agree to those terms by participating in coaching. Payment for all services must be made prior to the date of your scheduled session.  Payment must be made in full before your appointment is scheduled unless a prior agreement has been made in writing with Kerri R. Smith-Osei. If your payment is not received at least 24 hours prior to your session, your session will be rescheduled.  If you are in a contract, all payments must be made in full on the agreed upon date/s unless a prior agreement has been made in writing with Kerri R. Smith-Osei.   If a deposit is required to hold a spot for you in a program, it is also non-refundable. Please read your contract carefully before signing as it is legally binding.

Cancellation Policy

Kerri R. Smith-Osei enforces a cancellation policy. You must give her office at least 4 hrs notice if you have to change, cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or if you are not available at your appointed call time or do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be expected to pay a No-Show/Cancellation fee of $75 before your next session is scheduled. The fee may be waived at the discretion of  Kerri R. Smith-Osei. Some exceptions may apply.

Tardiness Policy

Please arrive on time (if meeting in person). Please be available and prepared for your session if meeting by phone or Skype. If you are late, your session will not always be extended past the time allotted. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be rescheduled and that session may count towards the number of sessions you signed up for. Some exceptions may apply.
